Captains Table is beautifully designed, set on different levels, some areas under the stars and some under authentic grass roofs, you can choose how you wish to dine in this romantic setting.  It is one of the best seafood restaurants in The Gambia, renowned for its excellent menu and wines,  with some of the highest quality seafood and non-seafood dishes at reasonable prices. Captains Table aims to use locally grown organic produce, and serves only the freshest highest quality seafood and meat. It is very popular with outside guests and is used by the hotel for half and full-board customers. Baobab Restaurant takes its name from the the holy baobab tree outside the hotel and its beautiful painting within the restaurant. Overlooking the hotel pool it serves breakfast
on the terrace in morning sun, lunch in the shade or a delicious dinner in the evening. It specialises in set menus and offers a range of meal sizes for children and has options for leaner pockets.
